Our Commitment

We go the extra mile for every customer, and that includes our website. J&W wants everyone to be able to read our services and prices, book a visit, and reach us, no matter how they use the web.

What We Aim For

We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That means:

• Every page works with a keyboard alone.
• Images have text descriptions for screen readers.
• Text has strong contrast against its background.
• Every form field has a clear label, and errors are explained in words.
• Pages still work when you zoom in or use a phone.

We check every page each time the site is updated.

Other Sites We Link To

Online booking runs through Setmore, and we link to our Facebook page. Those sites are run by other companies, and we can't control how accessible they are. If either one gives you trouble, call or text us and we'll book you or answer your question directly.

If any part of this site is hard to use, please tell us. We'll get you the information you need another way and work to fix the problem.
